Paid downloads are not active during the free launch beta.
When paid plans launch
If CSV Mender charges you but cannot create the purchased download because of a technical failure, contact support@lovigin.com within 14 days with the PayPal transaction reference.
Before paying
The complete validation report and corrected preview are shown before checkout so you can decide whether the service recognizes your file.
Limitations
A refund does not apply solely because third-party organization settings or manual field mapping prevent an import after the preview accurately represented the generated data. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
