Technical failures
If Stripe charges you but CSV Mender cannot provide the purchased download because of a technical failure, contact support@lovigin.com within 14 days with the Stripe payment reference.
Before paying
The complete validation report and corrected preview are shown before checkout so you can decide whether the service recognizes your file.
Limitations
A refund does not apply solely because third-party organization settings or manual field mapping prevent an import after the preview accurately represented the generated data. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
