File processing

The selected filename, file contents, transactions, counterparties, references, balances and generated CSV stay on your device. During checkout, local browser storage keeps a temporary recovery copy so an interrupted return does not lose your paid file. It is removed after restoration or when you choose Clear.

Payments and service data

Stripe processes card details. Payment requests contain the selected product, an order identifier and a one-way fingerprint of the generated output, never CSV contents. We retain records required for access, accounting, fraud prevention and refunds.

Analytics

We count page views, checked files, checkout starts, purchases and downloads by day and broad traffic source. These first-party counters do not use cookies or unique visitor identifiers and never contain filenames, CSV values, financial totals, counterparties or error contents. We do not use session replay.

If you choose “Allow analytics”, Microsoft receives page-view and purchase events through its Universal Event Tracking tag so we can measure Microsoft Advertising performance. A purchase event includes the order reference, product label, price and currency, but never CSV contents. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement. You can decline this optional advertising measurement.
