CSV Mender is designed to process CSV files locally on your device.
File processing
The selected filename, file contents, transactions, counterparties, references, balances and generated CSV are held only in the memory of the current browser tab. We do not upload or store them.
Payments and service data
When payments launch, our payment provider will process order details. Payment requests contain the selected product and order identifiers, never CSV contents. We may retain records required for accounting, fraud prevention and refunds.
Analytics
We do not use session replay on the converter. Basic traffic measurement, if enabled, excludes filenames, CSV values, financial totals and error contents.
Clear your data
Use Clear, refresh the page or close the tab to remove the working file from memory. Contact support@lovigin.com for privacy questions.
